Roll to roll and rigid materials holding capability achieves direct printing onto rigid materials with high resolution of 1440dpi by instant UV curing way, and convenience of environmental printing on flexible roll media .

Applying to a variety of materials,like rigid media such as glass,ceramic tile, aluminum sheet, wooden board, billboard, acryl sheet, KT  board, plexiglass, foamboard and corrugated paper,flexible materials including wall paper,glistening film, canvas, carpet, leather, paper, PVC ect.

Technical advantages:

u True Flatbed design adopts a strong 4sectional vacuum table or up-down wheels built-in table to keep media stationary on a flat surface while printing to achieve accurate registration on heavy substrates; heavy duty chassis ensures many years durable time, enabling to hold heavy materials virtually up to 100mm in thickness.

u Unique two ways print function in Y direction realizes printing forward or backward at ease, which makes underlay white and overlay white options easy to switch, X-beam’s return time saved as well.

u Adjustable 6-level UV energy is available to suit different materials to avoid thermal deformation.

u Negative pressure ink supply system controls normal colors and white ink separately and built-in temperature sensor &heater type P.H. keeps fluent and continuous print, no need automatic nozzle cleaning during printing, lots of UV ink saved every year.

u Basic 4 colors, 6 colors, white and varnish configurations are available. White options of underlay white, overlay white, fill white, spot white and under color white achieve wonderful white applications.

u Clear top coating varnish as a separate application is used to increase outdoor life, avoid scratch and to add or reduce gloss.
