Bon Series computer interation ink-jet engraving system adopt advanced technology, A new developed screech engraving equipment based on the principle of laser image setter sensitization. In th requiry of low application cost and environment protection become the idea upgrade product of laser image setter. The process of engraving of inkjet engraver is very simple. The engraving reads the image file which treated by computer color separation, then to make fabrication processing and type setting by special ink jet print software. To drive the ink jet print head to print the design on the flat screen on the flat screen coated with sentitive glue. to get screen print plate after sensitization printout.

Feature of flat screen ink-jet engraving system:

1) Low cost: to adopt ink-jet direct engraving without any other medium, to directly get the flat screen for production.Meanwhile the cost of ink lower so to save lot expense for screen engraving. Through measuring and calculation the cost of engraving within 8RMB/sm(Notice: full breadth need 12L of solvent, normally need 6 ml around)

2) High precision: to adopt high precision AC servo system, the print accurancy of positioning reach 0.015mm.

3) Fast speed: The engraving speed increased by a large margin compared with traditional equipment to reach 4 min/sm
