From humble beginnings in China’s Shanghai district, the creation of the Worldwide BEMA Family began. In fact, BEMA was not simply created, but developed over many years. Built from a strong base of industry experts with years of experience in digital output, BEMA entered the scene quietly in 2001, but has quickly carved out a name synonymous with quality and professionalism.
Intent on developing innovative solutions, the early BEMA team worked hard on producing quality solvent inks that were better for the environment and safer for workers. This represented a revolution in ink manufacturing philosophy, and propelled BEMA to the forefront of ink technology in the industry.

BEMA International produces a range of ink’s designed for the outdoor sign, graphics and advertising industries. Every day our products are used extensively in creating billboards, signs, posters, vehicle graphics, pop displays and advertising materials. Our products do not contain chemicals such as Benzine or Cyclohexanone, yet still offer superior run ability, scratch resistance, outdoor life and reliability.
Our product range consists of both “true solvent” and “mild solvent” inks, available in specific formulas designed for Xaar,
Spectra, Konica and Epson print heads. All of our products are designed and manufactured based on the 4 Bema Non-Negotiable, namely “No Clogging,” “Stability and Quality,” “Color” and “Safety”. Our ink is produced under the strictest Quality control, utilizing sub-micron pigment particles, and individual pigments for extreme color performance.
