Basic Interface

Pine1,2,3,4 is nozzle connecting tube, for main rotation

Pine 5 is is for vice rotation, used for pumping liquid or cooperating with main rotation.

2， Operating Attentions

1, Considering that some printhead can only circulate liquid unidirectionally, this cleaning machine can only wash with one-way circulation.

2, If only two nuzzle connecting tube are used, the button “operating 2” don’t have to pushed down.

3, During the washing, if the ultrasonic function is needed, just push down the button “ultrasonic” , on the premise that more than 1/2 of the washing tank is filled with liquid; and it is better to use the ultrasonic function no more than half an hour once a time.

4, Under the working condition, if the fluid level is a little low, just push the pine 5 upward to control the liquid level.

5, The first time to push the four buttons on front panel means “on”, and the second time means “off”.

3, General Operation:

(1)  To prepare a clean bottle of cleaning fluid, a waste bottle. (Note: The panel interface of two channels, one is for clean wash fluid, another is for fluid output connected to dirty water bottles.)

(2) the appropriate choice of cleaning nozzle holder, nozzle and take a good external cleaning fluid and   waste associated pipelines, according to a good power supply can be switched after.

(3) According to the needs in the number of pines, choose appropriate button. If just need two pines to work, push down the button “operating 1”; or if need four pines, push down both two buttons “operating 1” and “operating 2”.

(4) When the dirty liquids is pumped over, removed the bottle. Then clean the both pines with wash cleaning liquid cycle.

(5) Use ultrasonic where appropriate， pay attention that more than 1/2 of the washing tank is filled with liquid

(6) After washing, remove the nozzle and turn off the power. If the nozzle not clean,  continue cleaning.

Free Warranty Stipulation

1,  After the sale within 6 month, if the product itself has quality problem which cause malfunction within half a year,

2, During the warranty period, if the product damaged by customers’ careless，impropriate use， or unauthorized repair,  adjusting， refit，dismantlement etc. do not maintain in the scope.        

3,   Within the warranty period, the product is not within the scope of the warranty if the working environment and voltage do not conform to product requirements that cause product’s damage.

4, Hope customers take good care of relevant receipt of warranty, it could not be altered , loses does not supply again

5,  Under warranty，the freight charges are paid by oneself.
