With the specific roller structure, stretchable roll materials (for example soft-film) can be unfolded on the flatbed belt fully during working without creases. It efficiently decreases the failure printings caused by creases during material moving, which is a main problem happened in many roll to roll printers.
No waste leading material at beginning
Normal Roll to Roll printers has to start printer till the media is fixed on the machine rollers. And it starts to print at the middle. Media from front taking up roller to printhead will be wasted for every roller.
Power PRO3200, however, could save the media from every roller. On this machine, media can be fixed on the flatbed belt at beginning and be printed, later it could be fixed on the take-up roller.
