A1. Wit-Color is manufactory, we develop market by Distributors’ channels.
A2. If your market already covered by Wit-Color distributor, then we recommend you may contact with them to get more prompt service.
A3. If your market is not covered by any distributor, then please let we know you are enduser or agent oriented.
A4. Generally DEMO price is available for customers who are agent oriented, but MOQ is two units. Then the price policy will be offered according to order quantity.
Q2: Do you provide warranty for the printers?
A: One year limited warranty for printers. The details information refers to Wit-Color Warranty Rules. (Printhead, consumable parts or damage caused by improper operations are not included.)
Q3: What kind of after-sale service do you have?
A.On-Line Service:
Wit-Color has experienced engineers and online customer service from 8:00--17:00(Peiking Time). Out of this time, the service will be offered by mobile, whatsapp and skype.
Remote control service by Team Viewer is available for the customer to install the software and adjust the program.
B. Factory Technical Training:
Wit-Color provided free training for all customers with orders.
C.On-site Engineer Service:
Field engineer support is available also. (Customer will bear all cost such as visa application, air ticket, accommodations and subsidy. The charge standard is varied from End-user and Distributor, for detailed information, please check with your Sales Representative.)
Q4: Does the printer have printing video?
A: You are welcome to visit us at www.wit-color.com, and Wit-Color had uploaded printing video to YouTube, please contact with your sales representative to get the link that you need.
Q5; Payment terms and delivery date?
A: Payment terms: T/T transfer, Western Union, PayPal and L/C at sight.
Delivery date: Delivery time is subject to the models and quantity, please confirm your order and then check it out with your sales representative.
Q6: Is the machine equipped with software?
A: The offer included both the Control Software and RIP software. Any special requirements are negotiable. ( Maintop & Photoprint RIP is optional)
Q7: What about the quality of ink?
A: All original ink provided by Wit-Color are specially formulated for Wit-Color technology.
Germany CLARIANT pigment, high color density, fast drying effect and longer outdoor life. So the quality and performance could be guaranteed.
Q8: Can you send the ink by DHL?
A: For chemical products courier delivery, to different destination country the requirements are different, please register your DHL or FEDEX account in advance and confirm your order quantity first, and then we will check it out for you accordingly.
Q9: Do you offer ink sample for testing?
A: Free ink samples will be provided together with printer order only.
Q:10 How to buy ?
1.Communication Before Order
While Wit-Color received your inquiry, we will appoint one Sales Representative for you for further communication.
2.Order Confirmation
By mutual communications, we will confirm your order details.
3.Sales Contract
According to your order confirmation, Wit-Color will make Sales Contract and Proforma Invoice for you.
4. Payment
While the contract was signed, the buyer can arrange the payment and provide the bank copy to the seller for checking.
5.Production and Quality Checking
If the payment was received, the seller will arrange the production and notify the buyer while the order was ready for quality checking.
6.Full Payment
If without and problem, the buyer should complete the full payment, and then the seller will arrange the delivery accordingly.
7.Transportation
By negotiation, the order transportation will be arranged according to the buyer’s instructions and requirements.
8.Documents Confirmation
Before issuing any original documents, the buyer should confirm all documents, and then the seller will prepare all original documents such as CO, CI, PL and BL.
9.Documents Delivery
The seller will arrange the documents’ delivery according to the buyer’s requirement.
10.Custom Clearance and After-sales Service
While the buyer completed the custom clearance, the seller will provide the technical service as negotiated.
