1: Machine Struture: We make 12 support points in the structure to make the platform more flat and accuracy. The design increases the stability of the machine, making the transportation less shaken and increasing the printing resolution.

Platform have suction system to make materials more flat to protect heads.

2. Ink tank: Machine ink tanks have the heating system to keep a constant temperature ink system to prove a stable ink output. We have our own spare parts factory, machine ink tank produce by ourselves. Our parts factory also have cooperations with many Chinese machine factories. The quality is trustworthy. 

3. UV bulk ink tank: The ink tank we have a alarm system(to alarm you when the ink will be over) and heating system( provide a stable ink output) also have the mix system(to prevent white UV ink precipitation).

Q1:How about the warranty?

       1) Machine warranty is one year (12 months), start from the date of shipment.

      2) Note: the parts not under warranty are print head, linear encoder, encoder sensor, ink system (including ink tube, damper, capping, ink pump), USB cable, print head cable, PHOTOPRINT / Maintop dongle and without  the authorization of Dongguan Yifang Digital Technology Co., Ltd disassemble parts caused by man-made damage.

Q2: About after-sales service

        1) Provide training and guidance of installation, maintenance, etc. and relevant technical support.

2) Organize training, exchange of experience in sales and marketing information for the regional agents.

3) On-site service should be made an appointment in advanced.

Q3: How about shippment?

1) If the shipping terms based on FOB, we can deliver the goods to any port in China you required ( normally Shenzhen, Guangzhou) or your warehouse. After that you should arrange your appointed forwarder to pick the goods.

2) If the shipping terms based on EXW, you can arrange forwarder to pick the goods from our factory, or we can arrange deliver the goods to your appointed warehouse in China (normally Guangdong Province). But you should pay the shipping cost to us or forwarder.

3) If the shipping terms based on CIF, we can arrange shipment to your appointed destination port, you need to arrange forwarder to pick the goods on time.

4)   Others shipping terms should be negotiated.
