YILLUMAX™ Commercial Grade Reflective Sheeting Ad-applied type CA3100 Series
YILLUMAXTM Commercial Grade Reflective Sheeting CA3100 Series are designed for non-specification signage requirements widely used as construction and temporary traffic signage such as off-road signage and parking lots and ink-jet printing outdoor advertising applications as well. It is weatherproof, self-adhesive retroreflective films with an excellent corrosion and solvent resistance.
YILLUMAXTM Commercial Grade Reflective Sheeting CA3100 Series are typically an enclosed lens glass-bead sheeting, pressure sensitive adhesive-coated sheet with an easy release liner. The smooth surface shows a high scratch resistance and impact strength, and intended for production of temporary signage and pressure sensitive stickers which have the same appearance in the daytime and at night when viewed by retro-reflected vehicle lights.Features

Reflective Performance
YillumaxTM Reflective Sheeting meet the minimum coefficient of retroreflection(RA) cd/fc/ft2(cd.lx-1.m-2) in BS873 Class 3 standard.

Cleaning
Signs that require cleaning should be flushed with water, then washed with a detergent solution and bristle brush or sponge. Avoid pressure that may damage the sign face. Flush with water following washing. Do not use solvents to clean signs.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry area and use within one year after date of receipt. Store rolls in original shipping carton or suspend horizontally from a rod or pipe through the core. Store sheets flat. Store color printed, pre-masked markings at a temperature below 29.5°C (85 °F). If stored above this temperature, blocking of the premask to the sheeting could occur.
Shelf Life
Unprinted sheet may be stored by the fabricator for a period of up to one year and after printing, markings may be stored for an additional period of up to six months. Sheeting and markings must be stored in a clean area, free from excessive moisture and direct sunlight, with ambient temperatures of 85 Fahrenheit or less.
